The tastes of tradition

The specialties of our cooking are the typical local and Mediterranean dishes; everything is home made.

We pay a special attention to our region in order to allow guests to discover its flavours and fragrances in each of our courses. We always prefer to serve dishes that allow us to use products grown on the farm or which we buy from small and selected local producers, such as vegetables, cured meat, citrus fruits, jams, cheese and, of course, the king of all our meals, our own olive oil.
